Our decorators work with your design following our strategic questionnaire, checklist, and details you or your planner provide to be able to arrive on the day of with a plan in place to ensure a smooth setup and cleanup!
How it works:
- You hire our team
- We send you a decor/setup/cleanup questionnaire to help determine the amount of crew you will need and for how long
- We send you a final invoice based on the previous information along with our agreement. OUR CREW IS NOT BOOKED UNTIL THE AGREEMENT IS SIGNED AND PAYMENT IS RECEIVED!
- Our team arrives on the day of with detailed instructions for the design and set up along with all points of contact. After setup is complete, they will either assist with any transitions (if required) following the ceremony or be an extra set of hands for your planner if needed. Clean-up will begin one hour prior to send-off beginning with ceremony site cleanup and the packing list for the couple and clean-up of all specialty tables (based on availability). After sendoff, our crew will pack up all decor belonging to the couple, assist in the required venue clean-up, and assist with loading all decor and belongings.
